# Reach every fleet manager in your market, in your own voice.

A marine services company already holds a large list of contacts across fleet managers, captains and shipyards, worked by hand through email and their professional network. The system is drawn to research each one, draft outreach in the owner’s voice, and keep follow-up going until a person closes it.

## Architecture

- **Research**: Each contact, existing or newly found, is researched: the company, the role, and any public signal worth opening with.
- **Personalize**: A first message is drafted in the owner’s voice, from what the research found.
- **Reach**: Email and the professional network carry the first message and every follow-up.
- **Follow through**: A contact stays in a cadence until they reply or the cadence ends, so a lead never disappears after one message.
- **Sign off**: Nothing reaches a contact until a person clears it.
- **Track**: Every contact, every message and every reply lands in one dashboard.

Boundary (a person clears): Nothing reaches a contact until a person clears it; the system drafts and tracks, and never sends on its own.

## Scope

Mapped the outreach as it runs today, by hand, across a large existing contact base, and designed the system to carry it.

Not built for the company, and not running. The demo on this page is ours, on synthetic contacts.

## Anonymized

The company, its market and every contact are left out. Nothing shown here is a real contact or message.

## The situation

Every contact sits in a database built up over years, but reaching them means one person researching each one by hand before writing anything, then remembering to follow up days or weeks later. At the company’s scale, that’s more contacts than one person can hold in their head.

A contact who doesn’t reply to the first message usually just stops there. The fit was often right; nobody circled back before the next batch of research took over the day.

## What the design settles

This system is designed, not running, so what follows is what the design decides, not a result.

- Which contacts are worked first: existing relationships before newly found ones.
- What a drafted message contains before a person sees it.
- How long a contact stays in follow-up before the cadence ends.
- What the owner sees for every contact: what was said, what came back, and why.
