# Hand every writer the angle before they start.

A content agency researches each client’s niche by hand across a dozen sources, then hunts for the angle worth writing. The system is drawn to scan every channel each morning and hand each writer a ready brief instead of a blank page.

Domain: Content agency
Label: Designed

## Architecture

- **Scan**: Every channel, every morning, per client: Reddit, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, news, newsletters and primary documents, including the sources that usually block scripted access.
- **Classify**: Each item is sorted into a trending angle, a competitor move or a fresh source, and tied to the client it’s for.
- **Score**: Angles are ranked by what’s rising and what’s still uncontested, so a writer sees the opening, not just the noise.
- **Assemble**: A ready brief is drafted per angle: an outline, the sources behind it, and a suggested headline.
- **Index**: Every item is indexed and searchable by topic across every client, instead of held on one page.

Boundary (a person decides): The system finds, sorts and assembles the brief. A writer decides which angle to write and how to write it.

## Scope

Mapped how research actually moves for each client today, and designed the system to replace the manual scan.

Not built for the agency, and not running. The demo on this page is ours, on synthetic clients and sources.

## Anonymized

The agency, its clients and every source scanned are left out. Every client and item in the demo is synthetic.

## The situation

Research for each client lives in whatever page holds it: pasted documents, links, notes from a call. It stores what’s found, but nothing goes back to scan the client’s world again tomorrow, so the angle only surfaces if someone remembers to look.

A writer starts each piece by hunting for an angle across sources that move hour to hour, one client at a time. What’s fresh for one client stays invisible to whoever writes for another, even when the same trend is moving through the same channels.

## What the design settles

This system is designed, not running, so what follows is what the design decides, not a result.

- Which channels are scanned per client, and on what cadence.
- What counts as a trending angle, a competitor move, or a fresh source.
- What a ready brief contains before it reaches a writer.
- How research stays searchable across every client instead of scattered per workspace.
