## How it runs

- **The mapping call**: The first conversation, with the people who would build it. If there is a fit, the Consult comes next, and its price is given on the call.
- **The Consult**: Time with the people who do the work, and a look at where it lives: the inboxes, spreadsheets and systems it passes through. The work is mapped and measured as it runs today.
- **Delivered**: The map, the baseline, the architecture and the roadmap, within 7 business days of kickoff.
- **The fixed quote**: One price for the build and one monthly fee to run it, in writing. It changes only if the scope does.

## Planning more than one system?

- **Who does the Consult?**: The people who would build the system. There is no handoff between the mapping and the build.
- **What does it cost?**: The Consult is paid, and its price is given on the mapping call. The price of the build comes out of the Consult itself, fixed and in writing.
- **What if nothing is worth building?**: Then the Consult says so plainly. You keep the map and the baseline, and you know where your time goes.
