# More clients, without hiring to match.

Every new client has meant another hire. Agents take the chats, the chasing and the Friday reports off your team, so the people you have can serve more clients.

## If you won twice the clients next month, would you need twice the team?

For most agencies the honest answer is yes, and it comes down to four things.

1. Every campaign lives across a hundred chats, and nobody can see all of them.
2. You find out a creator is late when the client asks where the post is.
3. The client report gets built on Friday night, by hand, one screenshot at a time.
4. Every new client means another hire, so the agency grows only as fast as it can recruit.

## Agents take the chasing, the sorting and the reporting

OCTYN builds AI agents for social media and creator agencies: an HQ, research, a campaign and creator desk, reporting, new business and company memory, built side by side and run by embedded engineers for as long as you run them. The first agent does real work in week one, and the same team serves more clients.

- Works with the tools you already use
- Built and run with your team
- Nothing touches your clients until you say so

- **Know where every creator stands**: One desk holds every brief, approval, posting date and payment, and chases what is late before the client asks.
- **Have the report ready by Friday morning**: Results from every channel come together in one report per client, drafted for a person to check and send.
- **Answer every client from one place**: Email, chat and direct messages land in one record per client, sorted as they arrive.
- **Find the next brand before the pitch**: A research agent finds the brands worth pitching and drafts each first email for a person to approve.

## Every team in your agency, on one map

An AI-native agency, with every department on the map. Each team below has its system and the proof behind it, linked. A team joins the map once it has a running system or a working demo to show.

A social media or content agency, team by team:

**HQ and leadership** (for your leadership team)

- Where every project stands, on one page, worst first: The project that needs a person shows up first, without a status meeting. Proof: [OCTYN HQ](https://octyn.co/casestudies/octyn-hq) (Running (our own))
- Company memory: What the agency knows stays in one place, and every system reads from it. Proof: [Brain](https://octyn.co/casestudies/octyn-brain) (Running (our own))
- One inbox and pipeline: Email, chat and direct messages land in one record, with the pipeline on the same data. Proof: [Agency Ops](https://octyn.co/casestudies/agency-ops) (Running (our own))

**Writing and content** (for your content team)

- Research: the angle before the brief: Each writer starts from a sourced angle, not a blank page. Proof: [Content agency](https://octyn.co/casestudies/writer-angles) (Designed), [fullsend](https://octyn.co/casestudies/fullsend) (Running (our own))

**New business** (for your new business team)

- Brand research and outreach: The right companies are found, researched and written to in your voice, inside limits you set. Proof: [Craft retailer](https://octyn.co/casestudies/craft-retail-brand-sales) (Running), [forward](https://octyn.co/casestudies/forward-scouting) (Running (our own))

Built side by side under one partner, with go-live staged so nothing breaks. Other teams join the map when there is a running system or a working demo to show for them.

## Turn your agency AI-native in 30 days, with agents doing real work from week one

### How it starts

- **First: Try it live**: See it working on sample data before anything is agreed.
- **Week one: The first agent**: Doing real work for your team, on the work that repeats every week.
- **Day 30: Your team is using it**: Or you walk away. The monthly price is agreed in writing by then.

The monthly price is scoped to what we build and run for you, and agreed in writing by day 30. There is no lock-in, and committing for longer lowers the rate.

### What you can hold us to

1. First agent doing real work in week one, or your first payment back.
2. If your team isn’t using it by day 30, walk away. You owe nothing more.

- Small requests done in two working days, through the request lane.
- If something breaks, work on it starts the same working day.
- Nothing touches your clients until you say so.
- Keep everything if you leave: the system, the data, the documentation.
- Cancel any time. Commit for longer and pay less.

### The package

- **The HQ**: Where your team sees every client’s work and decides what goes out.
- **Research**: Brands, creators and trends, found and summarised before anyone asks.
- **The campaign and creator desk**: Briefs, approvals, posting dates and payments, in one place that chases what is late.
- **Reporting**: Each client’s report drafted from every channel, for a person to check.
- **New business**: The next brands to pitch, researched, with first emails drafted for approval.
- **Company memory**: What the agency knows, kept in one place every agent reads from.

And whatever else your agency runs on.

The whole package is built side by side, with go-live staged so nothing breaks, on the stack you already have. A single system is also a way in, if that is all you need today.

### Included

- **A white-labelled client view**: Your clients see their campaigns under your agency’s name.
- **A client-facing page in a day**: For a pitch, a launch or a campaign.
- **Your old data, brought in**: So the system starts with what the agency already knows.
- **Team onboarding**: Your people shown how to work with it, on their own work.
- **The security pack**: Where it runs and who can see what, written down for the clients who ask.
- **A quarterly frontier check**: Where newer models would change your work, and what we would move.
- **Your agency map**: Every team and how its work moves, yours to keep.

Founding agencies: the first agencies in get founding terms, and places are limited. Ask about them on the call.

### Questions about the offer

- **What does it cost?**: The monthly price is agreed in writing by day 30, scoped to the systems we build and run for you. The start is priced on the call. There is no lock-in, and committing for longer lowers the rate.
- **What happens in week one?**: The first agent goes to work on real tasks for your team, on the work that already repeats every week. If it isn’t doing real work by the end of week one, your first payment comes back.
- **Does it replace our account managers or writers?**: No. It takes the research, sorting, drafting and chasing off their desks, and a person still decides what goes out in a client’s name. The point is the same team serving more clients.
- **Do we have to move off what we use today?**: No. It works with the stack you already have. Your old data is brought in as part of the start, and nothing your team relies on is switched off.
- **What about our clients’ data?**: Security is taken seriously here, so this answer names only what is true. Each person sees only what their role needs, nothing reaches a client without your approval, and where it runs is written down for you before anything is built. An NDA is yours on request.
- **Which models do you use?**: Whichever fits the job and your data rules, from the major labs or open models. When a better one ships, we move the system to it. That is part of running it.
- **Can we start with one system?**: Yes. A single system is a way in on its own, and the rest of the package can join it on the same map later.
- **What are founding agencies?**: The first agencies to start get founding terms, and places are limited. The terms are set out on the call.

## Built and run, on systems we run ourselves

- **Embedded engineers**: Our engineers work inside your team. They learn how a brief becomes a post and where client work waits, then build each system there.
- **Run for as long as you run it**: Watching it, re-setting it when a client or a channel changes, and moving it to newer models as they ship. OCTYN runs its own work on the same kind of system.
- **It’s yours**: The system, the data and the documentation. Take it over any time, with everything you need to run it.

## Book a mapping call

The first conversation is with the people who would build it. Bring the agency as it runs today, and leave knowing what week one would build.
