octyn.co runs no analytics and no advertising, and sets no tracking cookies of its own.

Requests reach OCTYN’s server through Cloudflare. Both handle what any web request carries, such as your IP address and the page asked for, to serve the site and keep it available. Cloudflare may set a cookie of its own to tell people from automated traffic.

The booking calendar is Cal.com. It loads only when you reach the booking section or open a booking link, and what you enter there, such as your name, email and a note, goes to Cal.com and to us so the call can happen. Cal.com’s own privacy policy covers how it handles that.

OCTYN uses what you send to prepare for and hold the conversation, and keep it to follow up on it.

The form under the calendar sends what you type there, the work, where it lives today, your email and your company, to a private Telegram channel that only OCTYN reads. Telegram’s own privacy policy covers how it carries that.

The reply comes by email, to the address you gave. OCTYN keeps what you sent to follow up on it. To stop repeat sends, the server remembers your IP address for an hour, in memory only, and never stores it.

The count on /what-it-costs keeps the numbers you type in your own browser, so they are there when you come back. They are never sent anywhere. Clearing your browser’s site data removes them.

Every page is also published as plain text for agents and answer engines (llms.txt and a Markdown twin of each page). Fetching them is the same as reading the site.

If you have booked a call, sent us a problem or written to us, you can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Ask on the call or in reply to any message from us.
