System 02 / Content Engine

What is a Content Engine?

A Content Engine is a voice model of the people who already write for the company, wired to a draft pipeline. One persona per channel, a hard-rule check that catches generated-sounding copy before it ships, and publish-window logic. A team of two publishes at the cadence of a team of ten without sounding like software.

What it replaces

Publishing stops the week the founder gets busy, and starts again sounding like a different company.

How it works

Persona per channel, a hard-rule anti-ai-voice check, and publish-window logic. Two founders in, five voices out.

What it does

  • A persona per channel, built from what the team already wrote
  • Hard-rule check against generated-sounding copy
  • Publish-window logic per surface
  • Drafts cite real material or do not get written

Running in production

OCTYN runs this shape on its own operation before selling it. These are the ones you can go and look at.

  • fullsend: Claude-driven content engine running two cofounder X accounts. Internal · no public surface, recorded 2026-07-06.

How it gets built

Every engagement opens with a consult that sizes the version for your operation. Build ships a first surface in week one, then two more sprints, async by default, with a written update every Friday. At the end you keep the system, the code and the docs, and you decide whether OCTYN keeps running it or hands it over.
