Who approves what a growth system sends in your name?

A growth system finds people who fit a company, researches each one, and drafts in the company's voice for the channels that fit: outreach, content, search or replies to inbound. Nothing goes out in its name past the line the company draws. The system then follows through on schedule, and what worked feeds the next search.

In one lineFinds and drafts; nothing sends until a person says yes.

Why it matters to you

The part buyers underestimate is the research step. A growth system does not send from a purchased list: it researches who fits the company first, in the company's own voice, before anything reaches a channel.

A person still approves what goes out in the company's name, because a growth system writes as the company, not for it. What worked on one attempt feeds the next search, so the list of who fits gets sharper with the account.

This fits a company with something people already buy that is growing faster than it can hire. A company still looking for its first buyers is the wrong time: the system needs a pattern it can repeat, and there isn't one yet.

What it is not

A growth system is not a purchased contact list with a mail merge behind it. It researches and writes in the company's own voice, and a person signs off before anything reaches an inbox.

The first conversation is with the people who would build it. If there is a fit, the Consult comes next.
